Commission Guidelines: Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
- Contact Method: All communications and transactions will be conducted via Email or Facebook Page
- Work Hours: I am available for inquiries and updates from 11am to 8pm (Philippine Time)
- Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time for projects is 5-10 days, depending on the complexity and current workload.2. Request and Order Process
- Project Details: Provide detailed descriptions of your project, including style, theme, color scheme, and any specific elements you want to be included.
- Reference Material: Please provide high-quality reference images or examples that closely match your vision.
- Revisions: Clients are entitled to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
- Rush Orders: Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of order.3. Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Payments are accepted via GCASH
- Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before final files are delivered.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once the project has commenced. However, cancellations before work begins will be eligible for a refund of the deposit.4. Communication and Updates
- Progress Updates: Regular updates will be provided throughout the project. Clients can request updates, but excessive requests may result in additional charges.
- Feedback: Constructive feedback is encouraged to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Please provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving updates.5. Final Deliverables
- File Formats: Final files will be delivered in PNG and/or JPEG, depending on the client's preference. Any additional formats must be requested before the project begins.
- Delivery Method: Files will be delivered via Gmail.
- Backup: Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up the final files. I will retain copies for 10 days after delivery.6. Confidentiality
- Privacy: All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
- Portfolio Use: I reserve the right to include the final work in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.Acceptance
By commissioning my services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them fully before proceeding.Major Note: Make sure to send a photo that has HIGH RESOLUTION as it will affect the overall design of your desired commission.
